Diamond Package - Full Planning Services
prices starting at $2500
This package is for the couple who will require help from beginning to end. The couple will receive assistance with every detail of their special day.
Package Includes:
Budget development and management. Budget developed to meet your wedding vision
Timeline development and management, updating as necessary
Guidance with selected theme
Weekly communication with consultant via phone and/or email throughout process
Vendor referral, selection and management ( limited visitations when required)
Confirmation of vendors prior to wedding
Distribution of gratuities and final payments
Assistance with selection of appropriate items related to style and theme of wedding
Coordination of hotel blocks for out of town guest
Coordination of transportation for out of town guest if required
Assistance with wording of invitations , program order and recommendations for readings
Assistance with favors and other ceremony and reception items
Provide etiquette advice and coaching on issues as they arise
Correspondence to bridal party related to timeline and pertinent wedding information
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal prior to wedding
Attend final walk-thru of the ceremony, venue and florist
Day of coordination for ceremony ( if no church coordinator available)

Emerald Package - Partial Planning Package
Prices start at $1500.00
This package is for the couple who is comfortable planning and will only require direction and consultation throughout the process.

Provide Bride and Groom continuous updates and reminders to maintain schedule

Ruby Package - "Day Of" Services
Prices start at $800 This package allows couple take care of the preliminary planning. Aleximani Events will be there to handle the final details "month of" as well as coordination and execution of the couples plans the "Day of". Distribution of all gratuities. We will ensure that your carefully planned vision is executed smoothly and successfully. Coordinator's Assistant included Provide unlimited support via phone and email for all wedding questions Meeting with couple to discuss their vision
Up to 2 additional consultation/planning meetings (as wedding day approaches)
Act as liaison with all vendor starting 30 days prior to the wedding
Review planning timeline to provide guidance in completing remaining items
Assess all event arrangements/contracts to ensure accuracy of details
Provide emergency resolution as issues may arise within the last 30 days
Provide etiquette advice and coaching as questions arise
Guidance on finalizing the ceremony sequence, music selection and special readings
Vendor confirmations the week of the wedding
Create timeline and itinerary for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Assemble favors, menus and escort cards
Attend final walk-through meeting with the florist, band/DJ, ceremony and reception venue
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (1 hour duration)

If you are planning a wedding and your budget is below $10,000 we can work with you to customize a package. We will work to make your event extraordinary regardless of your budget. Please call for pricing.
All Packages Include:
One lead consultant and one or two assistant consultants ( depending on size of wedding)
Onsite troubleshooting to ensure bride and groom experience as little stress as possible
Provide "Emergency Kit" for the wedding day
Manage any special requests made by the Bride and Groom
Management of all wedding day vendors
Supervision of set-up of all special decor items, event rental items for the ceremony and reception
Manage the timing and execution of the wedding day events
Transport any ceremony items from the ceremony location to the reception site
